Become a student of life
In 2006 I became a student at the University of Central England in Birmingham, UK. I studied Computer Science and became a professional in my craft.
However, learning shouldn't just be something we do when we're in an educational setting, in fact I am here to tell you that I've learned more after University than I ever did whilst in education.
The one major takeaway that I'd like to share with you today is to always be a student of life.
Life is a teacher and it can sometimes be one of the most brutal teachers we have.
In 2018, I weighed a colossal 220lbs and growing, I knew I was eating the wrong things and I also knew I wasn't active.
I had basic knowledge of how to get out of it, move more and quit eating like shit.
To get out of any kind of situation whether its business, in your relationship or in life then you're going to need to become a student of that particular subject.
You're going to need to learn about the subject and then adapt to overcome.
Experiment with different methods to find a solution to the problem, until the problem is solved.
Pick any area of your life that you are facing adversity with, let's say it's financial. How are you going to solve the financial problem of your life.
Perhaps you're in debt.
Make a list of your debts, who is your highest creditor? What's the interest rate on that balance? How much are you currently paying them? Is it more than the monthly minimum payment?
Consider how much you would need to repay the debt, spend sometime working out a monthly repayment schedule and get to work.
If you don't confront the things that you don't know then you will forever be stuck in same position.
Become a student, learn, adapt and move forward constantly.
Kindest Regards
