Daily Discipline

Waking up at 04:30 every morning isn't always going to be fun and there are going to be some days when you don't want to do it.

I am fortunate to know quite a few people who wake-up early in the morning and are able to produce, whether its a run, a workout or simply grinding out those all important tasks, first thing.

If you have a month or a year where you out performed what you would consider to be normal, then you need to go back and revisit the steps and actions that you took on a monthly, weekly and potentially even daily basis.

The difficulty, however, isn't just doing it the once it's having the energy, the creativity and the capacity to do it again and again.

Maintaining the ability to produce, to get up early every morning, to get whatever task you have to do done and out the way everyday is what it takes to turn yourself around.

If you consider, for even a moment that you can take sometime off, or become arrogant in your success then it will simply bite you on the backside.

What do I mean by this?

Simply, lets say you have a blinding week, you've woken up every morning at 04:30, you've gone to the gym, you've got the important tasks done and you've generated income for yourself and your business.  You feel depleted and think that the following month you can slack off, you get sloppy in your messages, posting and prospecting.  You miss a workout, you sleep in a little later.

All of a sudden the income isn't coming as fast, the prospects aren't converting to leads and more importantly you're feeling more sluggish than when you started.

You've dropped out of discipline mode..resulting in the following month needing more work.

So in this post, if you find yourself in a hole, you have to find a way out, and unfortunately there is no shortcut and no hack to get you there.  It is going to require you to fin a winning formula that takes you from where you are to where you want to be.

Put together your plan for the remainder of 2025 and make the final 5 months of the year your very best.
